Dr. Nelson's practice philosophy centers around the notion that emotional, behavioral, and physical health and well-being are what provide the foundation for life satisfaction. She focuses on skill-building and the exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behavior, toward increased problem-solving and achievement of higher levels of functioning. Dr. Nelson is currently accepting new clients for psychological evaluations children (7+), adolescents, and adults. Specific evaluations include ADHD evaluations, court-ordered psychological evaluations, diagnostic clarification evaluations, adoption evaluations, and mental health assessments.
Rebecca Fischer, Psy.D., LP

Dr. Fischer provides psychological evaluations for children (7+), adolescents and adults. Specific evaluations include ADHD evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, developmental disability evaluations, court-ordered psychological evaluations, mental health assessments, anger evaluations, and autism evaluations. Dr. Fischer also provides individual therapy with adolescents and adults as well as couple's counseling. Her therapy practice focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship to foster change. Specializations and certifications include Circle of Security and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Zako Ibrahim, PMHNP-BC

Zako is passionate about providing quality, empathetic, and comprehensive psychopharmacology combined with brief therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. He follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition, in his approach to medication management services.
Zako focuses on the treatment of ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, bipolar I and II, Schizophrenia, substance abuse, and chronic mental illness through psychiatric assessment, psychopharmacology management, and brief psychotherapeutic intervention. Zako believes in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Zako’s goal for clients is to feel empowered to treat their illnesses through supportive education in a stigma-free environment.
A client can expect their initial visit to include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, determination of treatment goals, education about diagnosis and available treatment options, and ongoing medication management. Zako has the pleasure of working alongside many skilled and experienced clinicians, and is happy to collaborate and coordinate care with them when appropriate to the client’s needs.

Liz Iverson has a foundational belief that everyone can learn, grow, and develop given the support, resources, and guidance needed and that therapy is a journey of self-exploration and discovery. Liz has a trauma-informed lens and is wholly client-centered. Liz relies on a combination of therapeutic techniques and interventions and takes a mindfulness approach when assisting clients to discover, plan, and achieve their desired goals within the context of their values and culture. She assists clients as they identify, develop, and utilize their own resources to successfully solve problems and meet challenges to be able to evaluate and communicate their needs and desires in a healthy way. Liz provides individual therapy to children (7+), adolescents, and adults and is currently accepting new clients.

Molly recognizes the realities of external and internal stressors and seeks practical ways to address life’s challenges. She is grounded in action-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and utilizes motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices to initiate and sustain positive change. Molly honors and prioritizes client's identities, life experiences, and cultural backgrounds understanding the importance of intersectionality in supporting the whole person.
